Covid-19 restrictions and trendy bike tours in Barcelona

After coronavirus arrived in February 2020, tourism evaporated, and residents began to shelter under one of the world's strictest lockdowns. The most affected sector has been tourism, which concentrates a big portion of Cataluña's economy. After going through hard times for more than one year, the Catalan spirit is fueling a surprising surge of optimism as the city opens its doors to citizens in both European and third countries vaccinated; this is excellent news for the sector and the economy in general.

Fortunately, Covid-19 restrictions are reducing, and the city is returning to normality. If you plan to come to Barcelona, I suggest considering the current limits applied to all citizens and visitors.
